bloody hand towel left in apt, not informative about separate tower, garbage not taken out in kitchen disgusting falsified shower head , slime coming out shower head, rusted vegetable tray in fridge, no complementary water in apt, slow drying and clogged

The room itself was beautiful and quite large. Check-in went quickly; no crowd. And no noise around the room. The pool on the 6th floor was fantastic, with a very hot hottub.

The location was perfect for us. We came to Vegas for friends wedding. We didnt need to be on the Strips and we had rental car. We love Asian food. This hotel is very close to Chinatown, less than 5 minutes drive. The room provided full kitchen. Elevators are so fast. We never had to wait at all.

Suite was spacious and clean. Location, although off strip, was close enough to all of the action. The Palms casino was a brisk indoor walk from the Palms Place.

Oh my gosh, the amenities in the view was amazing!!! Staff was impeccable! However, in our unit, most of the amenities were broken or poorly kept up. He did mention this to hotel management and they were amazing and took care of it. Keep in mind is it either individually owned unit so its not on the hotel is on the owner of the units. Otherwise we will definitely be back. It was amazing stay.

Everything. Helpful staff, I finally got the spa tub I wanted in a hotel. The room was spacious, clean, the appliances were top of the line. I havent a single complaint.
